Even though she's the elder, Claire isn't as brave as her sister Jess. When they go to the doctor for shots, Jess is the brave one. When they climb trees, Jess is the brave one. Even watching TV or looking out the window at a thunderstorm, Jess is the brave one. And then one day, Jess's teddy bear, Pink Ted, is kidnapped by bullies, and Claire surprises herself - and everybody else - by coming to the rescue.
